Enquiry-to-sale automation

Ads brought enquiries in volume and the team drowned answering them, because no customer ever engaged without a sales call. The fix wasn't more staff: a driver enters a reg, the system pulls vehicle details and MOT history, prices against private databases, and puts a real offer on screen. Every enquiry is answered in seconds and chased on a schedule; the team starts the day with warm leads only.

Thanks to Henry, our website stands out against the crowd, and the backend and workflows he built save us 100+ hours of admin every month. I can focus on running the business instead of chasing my tail.

Document automation inside a regulated CRM

For an FCA-regulated claims business, the letters, packs and case paperwork that ran on copy-paste are generated from case data: consistent, fast, the same every time, with the audit trail the regulator expects.

As an FCA regulated business, we needed someone who understood our field and could deliver a fast, simple and compliant custom CRM with document automation to match. Henry delivered on every count. Thousands of hours have been saved.

The enquiry engine, the reminders bolt-on, and the CRM for when you’ve outgrown the $49 tool.

Three ways in, sized to the business. The first is Sell Your Cab’s system, productised; the second exists because a bespoke CRM loses to Hubtiger every time and shouldn’t be sold to a shop that runs one.

Enquiry Engine

Answer on WhatsApp, SMS and email in seconds, chase on a schedule, book, and hand to a person only when it’s warm. For any owner-run business missing enquiries.

from £5,000 +VAT · typical £5–8k · 3–4 weeks

Reminders Bolt-on

Service-due and warranty-window reminders wired onto what the shop already runs — Citrus-Lime, Hubtiger, Bikebook, Shopify or a spreadsheet — from a CSV or API export.

£1,500–£2,500 fixed +VAT · hosting from £75/mo · messaging at cost

Servicing Reminders & CRM

For auto, trades, salons and clinics where no $49-a-month incumbent sits: the reminder engine plus the record it needs, on the same stack as run 01.

What the finished system feels like from your side of it.

Data, analytics, AI and custom code land on one phone as notifications, then settle into a dashboard. That is the shape of run 01 as its owner sees it: the work happens, the phone tells you, and nobody had to chase.

The questions people ask before booking.

Q1Is the anchor the price I'll pay?

No. from £5,000 +VAT is where this kind of build starts; an enquiry engine typically lands at £5,000–£8,000 and takes three to four weeks. Every project is scoped on a free 30-minute call and priced as a fixed scope, plus VAT, before anything is built. The number you sign doesn't move unless the scope does.

Q2What's worth automating first?

The free discovery call answers that: we map where your team's hours actually go and put a number on the saving before you spend anything. The usual first win is the enquiry: answered in seconds, chased on a schedule, handed to a person only when it's warm.

Q3Can you automate our quoting process?

Often the honest answer is Xero, Quotient or your trade software. If your quote is picking line items and sending a PDF, they do that well for about £25 a month, and we'll tell you so on the call. Bespoke earns its keep when working out the price is the hard part: a cost model spread across twenty tabs, live supplier prices, or a site survey that has to become a number. Sell Your Cab's system prices every vehicle from private databases and puts a real offer on screen before a competitor has opened the email.

Q4We run a workshop on Citrus-Lime or Hubtiger. Do we need a CRM?

Almost certainly not. A $49-a-month system you already run beats a bespoke CRM every time, and we'll say so. What those systems don't do well is the reminder that brings a customer back: service due, warranty window closing. The Reminders Bolt-on wires that onto what you already run, from a CSV or API export, for a fixed £1,500–£2,500 plus hosting from £75 a month and messaging at cost.

Q5Will customers notice they're talking to a machine?

They notice they get answered. Sell Your Cab's system replies personally on email, SMS and WhatsApp within moments, with humans stepping in exactly where they're needed. 35% of sales now complete with no human in the loop.

Q6Is automated messaging GDPR-compliant?

Built that way from day one: consent is captured per channel before any message is sent, so every email, SMS and WhatsApp message is GDPR- and PECR-compliant by design.

Q7What happens if Henry is unavailable?

You own the repository from day one, so nothing is held hostage. Every build is documented to a written standard, a named backup developer is written into the contract, care plans carry stated response times, and the contract includes a repo-ownership clause. The studio is small on purpose; the continuity policy is what makes that safe to buy.

Q8Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do. The repository, the hosting account, the domain and every third-party service are set up in your name or transferred to it at handover. We hold access only for as long as a care plan says we should.

Hire your tireless employee.

A free 30-minute call: we map the busywork eating your team's week and show you what a system that answers, follows up and closes for you looks like. It ends with a fixed price.
